Darrell was a regular in the squad for 2008 and made 21
starts scoring 8 tries. Scored a brace of touchdowns in the games against
Harlequins both home and away and was also a Grand Final winner with the Reserve
side that defeated St Helens back in September.
Darrell has been at the club since the age of 13 and has come through the club’s
successful Scholarship scheme. In 2007, Darrell had an impressive scoring ratio
of 10 tries in 22 games, of which only four were starts.
He made his first team debut at Widnes back in 2005 and figured in 8 starts in
2006 scoring one try.
Quality centre who is very keen and enthusiastic with a tremendous attitude to
the game. Was selected in the England academy set up at the end of 2006.
