FACILITIES

Each stand at the DW Stadium has two designated disabled platforms in prime positions, with catering and toilet facilities available along with a lift to each concourse and direct access to the platforms. These platforms are designated for wheelchair users, with carers seats allocated alongside the platforms.

Additional facilities for wheelchair users and supporters with other disabilities are available in front of the West Stand.

PRICES

Concessionary rates apply to disabled supporters. Should a carer be required, admission is available at no extra charge at the discretion of the Club.

Proof of disability is required when purchasing tickets at the concessionary rate.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED

Match commentary facilities are available for visually impaired supporters in the West Stand. Headsets are available on payment of a refundable deposit of £15. It is advisable to reserve these at least 48 hours prior to a match as quantities are limited.

DISABILITY CO-ORDINATOR

Our designated Disability Coordinator in the Ticket Office is Mrs Norma Sherratt. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Norma on 0871 66-33-552.

DISABLED PARKING

Only a limited number of spaces are available on the designated disabled car parks and holders of a 2013 parking pass will be able to renew these BEFORE the 12th November 2012 (unfortunately we cannot guarantee location). Any remaining spaces will be distributed on a first come, first served basis from our waiting list after this point.

All supporters are required to complete a disabled parking application form which must be completed and returned to Mrs Norma Sherratt, Disability Co-ordinator, Ticket Office, DW Stadium, Wigan, WN5 0UH. New applicants must provide a copy of your Disability Living Allowance award letter, while renewals may be asked to provide further evidence if required.

Wigan Warriors are not in a position to offer convenient parking for blue badge holders and these will not be accepted for entry into the car parks or as proof of disability.

Disabled parking passes will continue to be issued free of charge: however, to qualify for a seasonal disabled car parking pass you must also be a 2013 Wigan Warriors Seasonal Member. Please also note that these are non-transferable and any abuse of the system will result in the pass being withdrawn.

To apply for a disabled car park pass please download the appropriate application form by [clicking here].
