All requests for Press passes must be made via email or by telephone for each game with tickets collected from the DW Stadium Ticket Office Collections. These will be available around 2 hours before kick off or by arrangement with the Press Office.

Access to the Stadium is by the doors to the left of main reception or via corner gate Q by the Ticket Office for photographers. Photographers blue bibs are available from a DW Steward on entry from the Q gate.

There are two Press areas within the DW Stadium; there are 86 Press seats within the West Stand as well as seats on the Main West Stand Gantry for Radio and Television. The gantry is restricted to 40 personnel, which usually means a maximum of 20 other media at televised Sky matches.

Generally the press box area is unreserved seats, however listed below are the seats generally taken by local media due to ISDN line facilities.

CAR PARKING

Unfortunately there will be no free car parking available to the media due to limited usage by the Club of Car Park 5. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Early arrivals can look to park opposite the Ticket Office on the old Kudos Night Club site which is free (access via Anjou Boulevard). Car Park 1 and Car Park 5 are charged by the Stadium Company at £4 per game. Car Park 4 is free, access via Frith Street. The car parks opposite Gala Bingo are also payable on a match day by mobile parking meters.

PRE-MATCH

Refreshments are available to all members of the press on a match day around 90 minutes before kick off in the Media Room which is next to the main Wigan Warriors Offices (left of reception through the doors, first right).

POST-MATCH

Both home and away Head Coach will be brought into the Media Room for post game reaction approximately 20-30 minutes after the conclusion of each game. Press requiring individual players are requested to contact the Media Manager.

WIFI

There is free WIFI in the press box and press room and the username and passwords are available on a match day from the Media Office.

WEEKLY PRESS CONFERENCE

Wigan Warriors will hold a weekly press conferences at either the DW Stadium or at the Training Ground at the Co-operative Stadium where the Head Coach will be available to the media. The details will be emailed each week although generally we are looking at around 9.30am on a Tuesday morning at Orrell. Please note that dates and times are subject to change.

All other Newspaper, Radio and Television Interviews must be arranged via Graham Emmerson to fit in with training schedules.
