Wigan Warriors are still assessing the knee injury picked up by Cameron Phelps in the Under 20's game against Salford last weekend.

Thankfully the injury is not as bad as first feared for Cameron and Head Coach Michael Maguire is hoping it won't be too long before the Aussie is back in contention for a place in the side again,

"At the moment it is wait and see how it pulls up but it is not as bad as first thought.

"We thought he might have aggravated the same knee injury but it is not too bad."

The other injuries in the Wigan squad are Michael McIlorum (ankle), Eamon O'Carroll (groin) and Phil Bailey (achilles) all of whom are progressing well.
