The Club receives many thousands of requests for signed merchandise each year and, whilst supporting as many charities as possible, are simply unable to assist everyone. The aim of the new format is to ensure that many more people are able to have their merchandise signed.

The  policy will provide charities and organisations the opportunity to meet the full First Team playing squad at a number of specially organised events throughout the season. The representatives of each charity or organisation will be able to purchase Official Warriors merchandise to be signed by the squad at the event. In addition, a Certificate of Authenticity will be provided to accompany the signatures at the events.

In addtion, the Club will also be organising a number of roadshows and events throughout the year where fans can meet players to get autographs and photographs.
