Wigan Warriors confirm that Prop James Greenwood will be joining London Broncos for the 2014 season.

Greenwood spent time last season on dual registration with partner Club South Wales Scorpions and was amongst a number of players who were given their First Team debut last year by Shaun Wane. James made two First Team appearances in 2013 for Wigan both off the bench making his debut against Leigh at home in the Challenge Cup.

Speaking about the news Head Coach Shaun Wane said;

" This is a great opportunity for James to gain some experience at the highest level. It will give him the chance to play regularly in Super League with London and it will also offer him some stability off the field knowing he is with the Broncos for the whole year.

"This agreement for the 2014 campaign works well for both parties, the Broncos will get a determined young player who is keen to impress and he will come back to us in 2015 hopefully an even better player."

Broncos Head Coach Tony Rea added;

"We are excited to welcome James to the capital. He is a powerful player who has developed a real presence on the field. It is a terrific move for all concerned."
