Gareth has joined Super League Club Widnes Vikings on a season long loan for the 2013 campaign.
Wigan Highlights
2012 was a big season from the experienced Second Row forward scoring 14 tries in 30 appearances.
His hard work was rewarded with International selection once more in the England Elite Squad.
In 2012 Gareth was named in the Dream Team.
His strong running and tough tackling make him one of the toughest forwards in Super League.
Gareth returned to the game in June 2011 following a two year suspension and committed his long term future to Wigan by agreeing a deal until November 2015.
Hock is a player who has come through the Wigan system joining the Club from local Club Wigan St Pats.
He made his First Team debut off the bench in March 2003 away to Doncaster in the Challenge Cup where he crossed for two tries.
In 2003 he had the honour of being awarded young Super League Player of the Year.
