U19s back to winning ways

Wigan Warriors Under-19s returned to winning ways on Sunday afternoon as they beat London Broncos at Richmond Athletic Ground.

First half tries from Jacob Douglas and Ben O’Keefe, plus two successful conversions from Alex Sutton saw Wigan gain 12 points, but London got two tries of their own and the scores were level at the break.

In the second half, tries from Logan Astley, Adam Jones and another for Douglas resulted in the Warriors edging ahead. Two more Sutton conversions saw Wigan at 28 points and the young Warriors gained victory, 28-24.
