Wigan Warriors are asking fans to don their favourite Wigan shirt from bygone eras at the game against Bradford Bulls in support of the Heritage Day tonight.
Warriors Marketing Director, Simon Collinson said,
"In celebration of the Club's Heritage Day we are actively encouraging fans dig out their 2002 Wigan shirts and wear it to the game tonight in celebration of 10 years since the Challenge Cup Final win over St Helens.
"If you haven't got a 2002 shirt then your favourite jersey from previous seasons would be great to see. Last time we did this it resulted in a great array of shirts and memories from yesteryear.
"We hope that this will add colour to the occasion as well as helping to make the Heritage Day a popular event in the Club's calendar."
The Heritage Day will see the Club celebrate and reminisce about its illustrious history by inviting past players to a private reunion at the DW Stadium before kick-off. These players will then be introduced to the crowd before forming a guard of honour to welcome the current team onto the pitch before kick off.
Another big crowd is anticipated for the game and less than 50 tickets currently remain in the South Stand, but tickets are still available from just £19 for adults and £13 for juniors.
Remaining tickets are can be purchased in advance from the DW Stadium Ticket Office, the Ticket Hotline on 0871 66-33-552 (between 9am-5pm) and on the turnstiles in the Boston (East) Stand ahead of the game tonight subject to availability.
