Hunt for Past Players Continues

Wigan Warriors are continuing their quest to reunite the Clubs past players at this years Heritage Day Celebration.

Around 40 players who have worn the famous cherry and white have already registered their attendance for the event, which takes place around Wigan's top of the table clash with Huddersfield Giants on Friday 9th August.

The event is being run in conjunction with The Wigan Rugby League Past Players Association (PPA). The organisation is independent of the club, but will work closely with one another in order to celebrate the rich history of one of the world's greatest sporting clubs, with the mutual aim of providing better support to, and more recognition of, the players and staff who have represented Wigan Rugby League Club.

The event at the DW Stadium will take place on Friday 9th August and will include an offer for all past players and staff, plus a guest, to meet in the excluisve 'Legends Lounge' and attend the Wigan v Huddersifield game.

If you are you a former Wigan Rugby League player, or know someone who is please contact Paul MacLeod at p.macleod@wiganwarriors.com or on 01942 762 816 for more details on the PPA and Heritage Day.
