Tony Clubb covers the busy Easter period in his latest Clubb Man blog.
On the Good Friday win over St Helens, he writes:
“I’m not a local lad, but I still get that special feeling when I pull on the Cherry and White jersey against St Helens. We haven’t lost on a Good Friday since I arrived at Wigan, I’m not sure if I can take credit for that one though, but I’d like to think I’ve made an impact. The game itself was great, we looked a lot better as a pack, it was just a shame we couldn’t get a few more points on the board. I think the most important thing for a lot of people was getting the win and being able to celebrate it together as part of the brilliant atmosphere our fans created.”
