  • Taking place on Tuesday 4th July 18.30-20.30

  • Delivered by Wigan Warriors Performance Coaches

  • Year 10 and 11 students welcome (ages 15 and 16)

Myerscough College will become a Category 3 Rugby League Academy in September 2017, in a venture that will be closely supported by Wigan Warriors Community Foundation and the Rugby Football League.

The session has been designed to offer those with an interest in playing rugby league to come along and train with the Warriors in an open session, whilst experiencing what Myerscough college has to offer in terms of facilities and further education courses.

The new venture has seen Wigan Warriors Community Foundation coaches and managers undertaking a 12 month strategy with a clear vision of targeting new students with a keen interest in playing rugby league at Myerscough College.

Any prospective students / players interested in finding out more about studying and playing rugby league at Myerscough College can contact Andy Grundy, Category 3 Rugby League Manager & Programme Leader, by emailing agrundy@myerscough.ac.uk or by calling (01995) 642222.
