Border Divide

Wigan Warriors offer a range of Health & Wellbeing programmes for people of different ages, all of which are free to attend.

See below all our current programmes:

Monday 6:00 - 7:30pm, Offload @Robin Park

Offload is a free 10-week programme that empowers men to build and maintain good mental wellbeing by equipping them with the tools and techniques needed to tackle issues such as low mood, anxiety, stress and depression.

Tuesday 2-4pm, Rugby Memories @St. Cuthbert’s Rugby Club, Montrose Avenue

Rugby Memories is a dementia friendly group. We meet weekly and offer a variety of activities including quizzes, games, crafting, boccia and light exercise. Refreshments are provided.

Tuesday 7-8pm, Mixed Touch Rugby @ Wigan St Patricks ARLFC.

Running for 12-weeks, starting from June 21st - Join our mixed touch rugby sessions on Tuesday evenings. An hour touch rugby session, for anyone aged 16+.

Wednesday 5:00 - 7:00pm, Inspiring Futures Youth Group @Clifton St. Community Centre, Poolstock

A community outreach project that works with young people to engage them in positive, diversionary activities.

Wednesday 7:30 - 9:00pm, Mixed Touch Rugby & Nutrition @ Newbridge High School, Platt Bridge.

Join our mixed touch rugby sessions on Wednesday evenings. From 7:30 - 8:00pm you can benefit from our free nutrition talk before an hour touch rugby session.

Friday 6:00 - 7:30pm, Touch Rugby

Free 12 week touch rugby programme, open to men over 18 with a BMI over 25.
