The Club froze season ticket prices for 2010 and actually reduced the price of a junior season ticket in the South Stand to just £26 – that’s less than £1 per game!
The Warriors have also developed a number of new benefits which make a season ticket more attractive than ever, including the opportunity for fans to exchange their season ticket for match ticket to another game* if they cannot attend a match and the introduction of the new Timeout Payment Plan allowing the cost to be spread over four manageable instalments but over a longer period of time than ever before - however this also expires on Wednesday.
An adult season ticket in the South Stand is priced at just £181 making the Warriors one of the cheapest teams to watch in Super League, while massive savings can be had with a family package.
Wigan Chief Executive Mick Hogan explained,
"Season tickets for the new year are again proving to be massively popular, and with some great savings and new exclusive benefits there has never been a better time to get one.
"We are keen to ensure that the Warriors are affordable and are again offering our family packages, whilst the next generation of Wigan supporters can gain entry to every home and away regular Super League game for just £26 – that’s less than £1 per game.
"The new Season Ticket Exchange Scheme also allows fans to purchase a season ticket knowing that if they can’t attend a game then they can swap this for a match ticket to a future game so they can bring a friend or family members with them, meaning that if you pay for 13 tickets, you’ll get the use of 13 tickets".
2010 season tickets are currently on sale from the DW Stadium Ticket Office and Ticket Hotline on 0871 66-33-552 and fans are reminded that the Early Bird Deadline is this Wednesday at 5pm.
