Perfect for Families

As a family club, we want to make our matchdays as exciting and immersive as possible for all ages!

We believe that a match day doesn’t begin at kick-off and that’s why we have lots of activities happening all around the ground every home game a few hours before the players take to the field.

Max’s Matchday Club

Max, our mighty Warrior mascot, hosts his own club in the Marquee, under the North Stand, ahead of every Warriors Game. Children of all ages are welcome to come and join in the fun and games, enter free prize draws, meet their favourite Wigan players and be in with a chance of being the official Wigan mascot at the next home game. Max’s Matchday Club is open to families and children and opens approximately two hours before the game. Max’s club is free to season ticket holders and just £1 per visitor. Fan Village

The best place to soak up the pre-match atmosphere is in our Fan Village, located to the south-west of the DW stadium.

Every game day our Fan Village is bursting with tasty food and drinks stalls and pre-math entertainment to get the excitement pumping ahead of kick-off.

Craft beers, street food vendors, live music and big screen entertainment and more; the Fan Village has something for all the family each and every game day.

Community Club Festivals

U7s to U9s who love to play as much as watch have the opportunity to show off their skills in our Community Club Festivals!

Our rugby festivals give children the chance to take to the Robin Park Arena field just next doom to the DW stadium. The games take place from in plenty of time before the first team action kicks off in the DW Stadium.

All players also take part in a half-time team photo and receive a commemorative certificate to take home!
