Adam Rigby is part of the Wigan furniture, representing the Wheelchair First team and also Coaching with Wigan Warriors PDRL side.
After taking up Wheelchair Rugby League in 2007, Rigby was soon a winner in the sport, lifting a World Cup with England in 2008.
Rigby lifted a second Wheelchair World Cup with England in 2022 (RLWC2021) as England edged out France in a dramatic World Cup Final.
A reliable player in the Wheelchair First Team, Rigby was part of the team who won the 2023 Wheelchair Super League Grand Final, scoring a try in the final. Claiming Wigan’s first Wheelchair Super League trophy since forming.
Outside of Wheelchair Rugby League, Rigby works for the Ambulance Service.
