Bolton-born Jack Heggie took up the sport in 2009 and soon earned an England call-up in 2010.
An instrumental part of the Warriors attacking threat, Heggie scored a hat-trick of tries in Wigan’s 2023 Semi-Final victory to book a spot in the Grand Final.
Heggie was part of the team who won the 2023 Wheelchair Super League Grand Final, scoring a vital hat-trick in the final. Claiming Wigan’s first Wheelchair Super League trophy since forming.
In 2023, he also earned a return call-up to the England squad after a few years’ absence, and has ambitions to play more games for England in the future.
